Anthony has come along for the excursion and he's brought company, the gun-wielding maniac Sean (Gary Sweeney) ie the man behind this whole illegal operation. ![]() Well, he was only fifty per cent disappointed when Sam showed up at the Christmas tree farm where they spent their formative years. She refuses and tells him to give up the money but he is hopeful she will change her mind and meet him. With the money in hand, a foolhardy Gabe tries to convince Sam to run away with him. This 'cheery' conversation also revealed something else: that Sam was responsible for the fire that accidentally killed Robbo's father during childhood, and not Gabe as everyone was led to believe. Misfortune and an unhealthy relationship with Anthony have led her down this path. Their talk convinces Gabe that she's not as bad as he was beginning to believe. ![]() Gabe goes in search of more answers and seeks out childhood acquaintances Robbo (Daniel Cahill) and Eilidh (Charlene Boyd) to discuss Sam, who they've kept in touch with. The arrest serves to demonstrate just how deeply this problem runs.ĭuring a heated chat with Leigh – in which they officially break off their tepid relationship – she explains that she returned his bag (with the stashed money) to his locker, thinking he'd placed it in Anthony's by mistake. It turns out they've come to arrest colleague Danni (Rona Morison) who was also caught up in this whole illegal business. Gabe confronts Anthony at work and they fight, however their tense exchange is dwarfed by the ominous arrival of the police. Gabe's situation is made more threatening by the call he receives at the control room warning him to deliver the money in an 'or else' fashion. He and Sam have now got real problems, not the fake ones she had invented. Now that the money Gabe retrieved from the job has gone, the 'scary people' behind the operation are looking for him. They made him believe that he had participated in a murder cover-up in order to manipulate him into doing Anthony's illegal bidding, selling sensitive information from the control room which included names, addresses and other details from the calls taken. Was he able to drag Sam out of her mess to safety or did she take him down with her? ![]() Things had only just begun to heat up for Gabe and his chances of making it out of this situation were getting slimmer and slimmer as the chaotic predicaments kept piling up. Chances are, it can't have been good.Īs stressy and intense as that all may seem, it doesn't even nearly scratch the surface of what followed in the final episode of The Control Room. the Weather Station, a prestigious club that allows its members to control. We never did find out what was in the package Gabe was blackmailed into delivering in exchange for money just to keep Sam (Joanna Vanderham) from going down for murder. Life is Strange: True Colors, the next game in the graphic-adventure series. Gabe (Iain De Caestecker) was put through the wringer for two episodes straight and then – as if a dead body wasn't enough to handle – the poor love-sick sap got gangsters on his tail after a botched exchange of illegal goods. Covering Sam's back is becoming a bit of a chore for Gabe in the BBC thriller The Control Room. ![]()
